Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!**Role Definition** Research, develop, implement and monitor inventory management and distribution logistics systems, concepts and procedures for worldwide parts inventory and operations management. **What You Will Do** * Deliver high performing production systems and efficient, accurate, secure, and accessible data to support analytics needs across Cat and Dealers.* Lead and support ERP conversion projects in testing and onboarding dealers/vendors.* Develop automated processes to aid in data cleansing and maintenance using analytical tools.* Develop and test new reporting tools, following standards and best practices. **Degree Requirement** Degree or equivalent experience desired **What You Will Have** Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. * Names specific tools or techniques that can be used to support the analytical thinking process.* Describes specific software applications or products used for business analytics.* Gives examples of how analytical thinking has been used to resolve problems.* Helps others research and learn more about business analytics tools and applications.
