Quick Service - Area Manager

Overview The Quick Serve Area Manager at Foodworks oversees two restaurant operations in a specific area, from financial management and food safety to team leadership and customer experience. They must be passionate leaders who can develop their team and ensure a positive experience for both customers and employees. Responsibilities Team leadership and development: Hire, train, and develop staff; schedule shifts; resolve performance issues; and foster a positive and productive work environment. Restaurant operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-organized. Financial management: Manage the store\'s financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and controlling costs. Food safety and quality: Enforce all food safety policies and procedures to ensure the preparation of safe, delicious food. Guest experience: Deliver a great customer experience, resolve customer incidents, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing and community engagement: Implement local marketing strategies, such as community engagement and fundraisers. Problem-solving: Handle unexpected issues, such as equipment breakdowns or customer complaints.
