Mail Services Coordinator

Job Title
Job Description Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Ability to navigate the internet, valid driver's license required, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to lift up to 25lbs. Responsibilities: Mail services (incoming and outgoing) currently covered by DAP Coordinators, including electronic document storage, printing and processing all outgoing letters, disability packets, Medicare packets, etc., each with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day, documenting all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS Applications, scanning and emailing mail to telecommuters through Outlook, saving documents to EXP member folders, tracking all inventory of stationary for appropriate ordering in a timely manner.
