Benefits 10% bonus opportunity based on annual salary 401K with company match at 5% PTO 9 paid holidays Company-provided computer equipment Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year Qualifications Valid driver's license Willingness to travel to customers' homes and designated locations Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Drive to close deals and grow revenue Responsibilities You'll be the outgoing person who seeks out potential clients and proactively takes steps to secure more cabinet projects and increase company revenue. You'll be the primary contact for prospective customers before, during, and after the project, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Follow inbound leads to meet with prospective customers and learn about their desired cabinetry installations Answer prospects' questions and explain the benefits of choosing us for their cabinet project Accurately measure in-home spaces and learn about the prospects' needs, budget, style preferences, and desired timelines Generate cost estimates, present proposals, and gain customer approval Coordinate with designers, store teams, and field crews to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives Review measurements and update quotes when appropriate Provide customers with regular job updates and demonstrate your expertise Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and quotes Stay on top of product changes and industry trends Continually improve skills to increase success rate and grow conversions #J-18808-Ljbffr SAGE
