Barista – Barleybean Cafe

We're looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable Baristas who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. If you can stay calm during a rush, take pride in quality, and move with purpose — you'll fit right in.

As a Barista, you'll prepare espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks while maintaining speed, consistency, and hospitality in a high-volume setting. Previous coffee experience is preferred. Food service experience is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and brewed coffee to company standards
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy during peak hours
• Deliver welcoming, attentive customer service
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support daily operations and team workflow

• Previous coffee or food service experience preferred

• Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
