Sales Representative - New England North - Enabling Technologies
Stryker
Field-based sales representative role selling Stryker's advanced surgical navigation, imaging, and planning technologies to hospitals and healthcare providers across New England. Position combines medical device sales, customer relationship management, clinical education, and procedural support to drive territory growth and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and quota targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in territory
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training in operating room and clinical environments
- Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures including setup, troubleshooting, and guidance
- Analyze territory performance and market trends to develop growth strategies and communicate customer insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare
- OR Bachelor's degree and experience in customer-facing, leadership, or high-performance environment
- OR 5+ years professional outside sales or territory-based selling with proven goal achievement
- Ability to travel 40% within assigned territory with occasional overnight stays
- Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call customer support
- Compliance with OSHA safety standards and facility credentialing requirements
