Construction Bid Coordinator - Stafford, Tx Self-motivated and organized individual to work with other Bid Coordinators to assist construction project managers in the bidding process. Responsibilities Phone calls and emails to solicit bids including heavy follow up to on potential bids. Keep job documents current and organized. Work alongside two other bid coordinators Provide bid and admin support to 4-5 project managers Record and track bid timelines using MS Excel Submit bids and continue to follow up on bid process Make follow up calls relating to bid process Enter and set up new bids and jobs Perform data entry Qualifications Self-motivated individual needed to assist construction project managers. Must be aggressive and persistent when pursuing potential bidders. Strong telephone and computer skills (excel and word) required. Must be organized. Construction experience preferred but not required.
