General Manager
Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants
Overview The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual restaurant. The GM focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop teams. This position reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities Drive sales goals and maximize profitability by implementing approved systems and processes. Manage employee performance, development, and compliance with company policies and practices. Lead restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and high standards of service. Coordinate with district leadership to achieve restaurant objectives.
