- Required- active NC LCSW/LPC/LCMHC/Clinical Psychology License with no supervision requirements
- LCSW/LCMHC/LPC- A can apply if within 4 months of having a full LCSW/LCMHC/LPC license with no supervision requirements. Full NC LCSW/LCMHC/LPC license required on day 1.
