HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance
ZRS Management
ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic corporate environment. The position supports employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration, reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with regional managers. The role acts as a back-up to the HR Manager and may assist the Payroll Director as needed, handling inquiries, onboarding tasks, leave administration, and HR communications with precision and #J-18808-Ljbffr
