YOU ARE: An individual with 1+ years of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast paced environment Someone who oversees the flow of food from kitchen to dining room, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation Confident in taking charge of coordination in the passthru, directing traffic, and maintaining seamless operations A strong communicator who liaises between kitchen and service teams, conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently.
