Maintenance Technician Overnight (3rd Shift) in Chaska

Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Friday: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Requirements Background Check Drug Screen About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs Troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns Support equipment upgrades, overhauls, and installations Monitor production lines and provide maintenance support as needed Complete and manage work orders using SAP or a CMMS system Document repairs, labor, and parts usage accurately Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Qualifications 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with preventative maintenance programs Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems Food manufacturing or bakery experience is a plus High School Diploma or GED Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level One year of industrial plant maintenance planning experience with: Specialized Technical Skills Good Manufacturing Practices Maintenance Troubleshooting Failure Analysis This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys problem‑solving and working in a production environment where every day brings new challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
