Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis
American Fork, UT

Schedule overview: Full-time RN role working 3-4 days/week 10-12 hour shifts. Earliest shift start time is 5am. Latest shift end time is 8pm. Saturdays are rotated, Sundays the clinic is closed.

Incoming RN must have at least 1 year of post-graduate experience.

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required-just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. .

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Long-term patient relationships
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
• Paid training provided

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 3-4 days/week and 10-12 hour shifts beginning as early as 5am.
• Rotated Saturdays
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

Qualifications:

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• 1 year of post-graduate RN experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
