Job Description

Join an established steel tubing company as a Packer. In this role, you will inspect, bundle, package, and prepare finished steel tubing products for storage or shipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be available to report at 4:00 AM when mandatory overtime is scheduled.

Responsibilities:

· Inspect finished steel tubing for visible defects, damage, or quality concerns
· Bundle, wrap, label, and package steel tubing according to customer specifications
· Verify product quantities and ensure materials are prepared accurately for shipment
· Operate hand tools and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
· Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Previous manufacturing, production, packing, or general labor experience preferred
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
· Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Dependable attendance and availability for mandatory overtime

The base salary for this position is approximately $37,440 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek and excluding benefits, overtime, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
