Associate Dentist Position Highlights: Private Practice: not a DSO

Clinical Variety: General dentistry, clear aligners, dental implants, molar root canals, and IV sedation (with a dedicated nurse anesthetist on staff).
Growing: 150–160 new patients per month (PPO & FFS only — No Medicaid / No HMO)
Schedule: 4.5 days per week (No nights, no weekends)
Partnership Track: Clear equity/buy-in opportunity within 3 to 5 years
About the Opportunity:

Step directly into an immediately busy schedule within a highly respected, privately owned practice. This is an office that prioritizes top-tier patient care over pure volume. This role is open because a long-term associate is transitioning to a new location, leaving behind a fully established, active patient base collecting over $1M annually. Position is available to start in Fall 2026.
This is an ideal environment for a doctor seeking an office that focuses on the patients, true clinical autonomy, active mentorship, and a clear, structured pathway to future practice ownership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A bare minimum of two years of experience.
Exceptional people skills and a team-first mentality oriented toward long-term patient relationships.
