Shape the Weekend Flow of Our Production Floor

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (3 days on/4 days off). No required overtime.

A Day in the Life

You arrive early, review incoming materials, and scan each item into the system. Workstations are topped off with hardware and supplies before the first build begins. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with technicians and supervisors, move pallets (often by forklift), and keep the shop floor organized and safe. You follow standard work and quality instructions, log accurate records, and flag any risk to product quality. By day’s end, materials are in the right place, counts are precise, and the line is ready for a seamless start tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, stock, and accurately record new and existing materials.
• Partner with team members to understand and fulfill material needs.
• Replenish workstations with the correct hardware and parts.
• Use scanners and designated computer programs to maintain inventory records.
• Transport, load, and unload materials; may operate a forklift.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing policies to prevent incidents and maintain consistent production.
• Adhere to standard work/process instructions and identify potential risks to product quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to learn computer systems, databases, and software quickly.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• English fluency to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• Background in industrial or warehouse settings.

• Strong multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Organized, self-driven, and proactive.
• Willing to work flexible schedules as needed (days, nights, weekends).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Safety-sensitive role in a temperature-controlled manufacturing/industrial setting with occasional outdoor activities.
• Required PPE: safety shoes, hard hats or bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection as needed, and fall protection equipment where required.
• Comfort working from step ladders, A-frame ladders, and scissor lifts; tasks may involve overhead work.
• Heights typically up to 10 feet using proper lift equipment.
• Maintain balance and agility while walking, standing, crouching, and using stairs or ladders.
• Bend at the waist and knees; extend arms/hands in all directions.
• Continuous standing and walking; frequent use of both arms above shoulders and at full extension.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent use of hand and power tools.
