Responsive RecruiterRight at Home is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help us find and hire exceptional caregivers for our Western Michigan locations. This role is part recruiter, part interviewer, and part candidate advocate. You will work closely with our Recruiting, Client Care, and Client Services teams to identify the right caregivers for our clients and guide candidates through every step of the hiring process—from application and interview through offer, orientation, and early success on the job. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, making decisions, and helping others find the right opportunity, this may be the role for you.What You'll DoBuild a pipeline of qualified caregivers for home care clientsConduct final virtual and in-person interviewsEvaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, reliability, and fit with our cultureExtend same-day offers to qualified candidatesCommunicate job expectations, scheduling realities, and next steps clearlySchedule orientation and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding teamPartner with Client Care to understand the types of caregivers neededWork with Client Services to ensure qualified caregivers are available to support client schedulesHelp match caregivers to the right opportunities based on experience, availability, and fitTrack new hires during their first 90 days to support retention and long-term successWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, staffing, customer service, healthcare, home care, or a related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to make sound decisions and confidently assess candidatesOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable discussing scheduling expectations, availability, and compensationExperience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or caregiving is a plusWhy Right at Home?At Right at Home, we know that the quality of our caregivers drives the quality of care we provide.
