Job Title RN - Float Med/Surg Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday | No call Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across multiple Med/Surg units as part of a float pool Monitor and manage patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania (PA) Registered Nurse license required prior to start Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience Experience with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy required BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required Preferred Experience / Skills ACLs certification preferred Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience Why Join Us Opportunity to expand clinical skills across a variety of Med/Surg patient populations in a float role Predictable schedule with no on-call requirements About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
