What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
✔ Must have your own basic maintenance tools
✔ Reliable, dependable, and motivated to work
✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
✔ HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing work orders and general maintenance repairs
- Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Preparing vacant units for new residents
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property
- Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks
