Maintenance Technician

We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the working condition of the plant facilities and production equipment during the assigned shift. This is accomplished through performance of scheduled maintenance activities, completing repairs and adjustments as reported by the plant operators, or through the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
• Perform adjustments and repairs to plant facilities and equipment, as needed.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Oversee contractors on-site for maintenance and facility activities.
• Adhere to SQF, and GMP procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve equipment performance.
• Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• Technical training in mechanical and/or electrical fields is a must.
• 3 - 5 years previous experience needed.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and physical fitness for the job.
• Knowledge of PLC.
• Knowledge of CMMS, to complete daily maintenance work orders.
• Knowledge in toop sealer, case erectors, coneyors, mixers, pump, and tape machines.

Hours

• Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3PM
• 8-hour shift plus mandatory overtime. (working 10hrs max a day)

Salary

• $25.00 - 30.00 per hour based on experience
