Bilingual Recruiter II: Strategy, Talent & Compliance
Spectrum
Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with senior leadership and HR to design effective hiring strategies and ensure compliance across the organization. You will recruit top candidates, optimize processes and contribute to Spectrum's growth. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to work in an office setting with occasional travel.
