Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped) | Expected First-Year Earnings: $121,000 - $250,000 +

Location: All of Metro Atlanta

This is not an entry-level sales position. This is a career opportunity for a proven, high-performance closer to earn a substantial income.

We are Pro Roofing and Siding, an established industry leader since 2008. We are looking for two elite sales professionals to join our team. We don't hire backgrounds; we hire producers. We provide a constant flow of qualified, pre-set appointments. Your sole function is to run these leads and close deals.

If you are a sales professional who is tired of prospecting and wants to focus 100% on selling and closing, this is the role you've been searching for. We've built the engine; we need the driver.

 

The Ideal Candidate: The Proven Closer

We are seeking a specific type of individual. You are not looking for a "job," you are looking for a vehicle for your ambition.

• You have a verifiable track record of high performance in a commission-based sales role (in-home sales, automotive, solar, etc.). You must be able to speak to your numbers.

• You are a master of the one-call close. You are disciplined, persuasive, and an expert at building value and overcoming objections.

• You have an unshakeable, positive mindset. You view challenges as opportunities and are not deterred by rejection.

• You are a road warrior. You understand that "windshield time" is part of the territory and are prepared for long driving distances to run appointments.

• You are disciplined and autonomous. We provide the leads and the system; we don't micromanage. We expect you to manage your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and produce results.

 

The Reality of The Role: What This Job Demands

We believe in radical transparency. This role requires significant commitment and is not a standard 9-to-5.

• 100% Commission: Your income is a direct reflection of your performance. There is no ceiling, but there is no salary. A bi-weekly draw against commission is provided.

• Long Hours & Weekend Work: To achieve a six-figure income, you will work 50-60+ hours per week. Saturday appointments are common and essential for success.

• Extensive Driving: You will be covering a large territory. A reliable vehicle and a willingness to drive are non-negotiable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Run 2-4 pre-qualified, company-provided appointments per day.

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior systems.

• Utilize our proven sales process to present solutions, provide quotes, and secure contracts in the home.

• Leverage our industry-leading warranties and product offerings to build value and close deals.

• Meticulously manage your sales pipeline and client follow-up using our CRM system.

• Maintain constant communication with our production team to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
