SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The PayrollManager isresponsibleforoverseeingandexecutingglobalpayrolloperationsacrossmultiplecountries,ensuringaccurate,timely,andcompliantpayrollprocessing.Thisrolemanagesend-to-endpayrollactivitiesfortheU.S.andU.K.throughRippling,coordinatespayrollprocessingforCanadaandSwitzerlandviaEmployerofRecord(EOR)partners,andsupportspayrollexecutioninFrance,Italy,andSt.Barthelemybyensuringaccuratetimecarddata,time-offprocessing,andtimelysubmissionofpayrollinputstoexternalproviders. This roleservesastheprimaryownerofpayrollgovernance,controls,andcompliance,ensuringadherencetoallapplicablewageandhourlaws,taxregulations,andstatutoryrequirementsacrossallregions.TheManagerofPayrollalsopartnerscloselywithFinance,HR,andexternalpayrollvendorstoensureaccuratereporting,reconciliations,andpayrollintegrityacrosstheglobalorganization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
GlobalPayrollOperations Ownsandmanagesend-to-endpayrollprocessingfortheU.S.andU.K.usingRippling,ensuringaccuracy,timeliness,andcompliance. CoordinatespayrollexecutionforCanadaandSwitzerlandthroughEmployerofRecord(EOR)partners,servingastheinternalpayrollliaisonandensuringaccuracyofallpayrollinputsandtimelines. OverseespayrollinputpreparationforFrance,Italy,andSt.Barthelemy,including:Collectionandvalidationoftimecardsandpayrolldata.Processingandoversightoftime-offinputs.Timelysubmissionofpayrollfilestoexternalproviders. Maintainsandenforcesstandardizedglobalpayrollprocesses,controls,anddocumentation. Ensurescompliancewithallapplicablepayrolllaws,taxrequirements,wageandhourregulations,andstatutorydeductionsacrossallsupportedregions. Servesasescalationpointforcomplexpayrollissuesandemployeepayrollinquiries. Conductsregularpayrollaudits,reconciliations,anddatavalidationtoensureaccuracyandcompliance. Overseesaccuratecalculationandprocessingofemployeeandemployerretirementcontributionsandstatutorydeductions. Identifiesandimplementsimprovementstopayrollsystems,workflows,andvendorprocesses. Finance & Accounting Partnership PartnerswithFinanceandAccountingtoprovideaccuratepayrollreporting,reconciliations,anddatarequiredformonthlyclose,audits,andyear-endreporting. Supportspayrolljournalentries,accountreconciliations,andvarianceanalysis. Ensurestimelyandaccuratepayrolltaxfilingsandstatutoryreportingacrossalljurisdictions. Supportsinternalandexternalauditsbyprovidingpayrolldata,documentation,andanalysis. Payroll Compliance & Controls Ensurescompliancewithfederal,state,local,andinternationalpayrollregulations. Maintainsaudit-readypayrolldocumentationandinternalcontrolprocedures. Supportspayrolltaxcompliance,statutoryfilings,andreportingrequirements. Monitorspayrollprocessesforaccuracy,completeness,andregulatoryadherenceQUALIFICATIONS
Strongknowledgeofmulti-countrypayrolloperations,includingpayrollprocessing,controls,taxcompliance,andreconciliation. ExperiencemanagingpayrollthroughHRIS/payrollplatforms ExperienceworkingwithexternalpayrollvendorsandEmployerofRecord(EOR)partners. Stronganalyticalskillswithhighattentiontodetailandaccuracy. Abilitytomanagemultiplepayrollcyclesacrossdifferentcountriesandtimezones. Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills. Highlevelofintegrityandabilitytohandleconfidentialinformation. Experiencewithglobalpayrollcomplianceandreportingrequirements. Spanishbilingualisstronglypreferred.BENEFITS
