Bilingual Precast Field Foreman

Summary of Primary Functions Supervises and directs Field Finishers at job sites. Assigns field finishing tasks to employees at the job site. Communicates with TCV Managers, job site superintendents, general contractors, etc., to ensure that field finishing meets everyone's requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with Field Operations Manager to determine field services work to be done. Assign field service work to other employees of field service crew. Communicate progress of field service work to job site superintendents, general contractors, etc. Report progress of field service work to TCV's field Operations Manager, Project Manager, etc. as needed. Perform routine field service including patch lifting device locations, pour grout, etc., as needed. Inspect patched lifting device locations to ensure match to surface of concrete member. Perform field service rework to cracked and/or damaged concrete members as needed. Inspect field service repairs and rework to ensure conformance to requirements. Interpret and execute punch list. Write up and keep daily reports to go to Field Operations Manager. This position is a leadership role for field services. As a company representative to all crew members, and daily interaction with subs or customers, this individual must be able to listen and communicate appropriately in any situation. Must be capable of responding to appropriate issues with very high sense of urgency. Supervises several Field Service Employees. Job Specifications or Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Will be trained in First Aid, CPR, Man lift and Scissor Lift Operation. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.
