Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler

Location: Redmond, WA

Shift: Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Cleanroom Assemblers to perform precision electronic assembly and soldering in a highly regulated cleanroom environment. This role involves working with small electronic components, microscopes, and space-grade soldering processes while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder small electronic components in a cleanroom
• Perform microscope-based assembly and inspection
• Complete fine-pitch and space-grade soldering
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Use precision hand tools and assembly equipment
• Maintain compliance with cleanroom, ESD, and safety requirements
• Support quality and production goals

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of soldering experience
• IPC/J-STD soldering experience
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics
• Cleanroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Wire bonding and laser trimming experience
• Aerospace, medical device, or other regulated industry experience
• IPC certifications
• Microscope soldering experience

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $54371.00/yr.
