Description

Joe Basil Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in the automotive industry.

Position: Sales Assistant- Full Time

Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet- 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043

Pay: $18-$23/hr based on experience

What you'll do:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Support sales staff with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups
Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle organization
Assist with test drive coordination and vehicle preparation
Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, CRM updates)
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous experience working in a professional customer service role
Valid drivers license
