What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound leads, calls, and internet inquiries
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
• Work closely with sales and management to maximize opportunities
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience

What Were Looking For:

• Previous BDC or automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Driven, organized, and team-oriented mindset
