This role focuses on high-quality stainless steel tank fabrication using TIG and Pulsed MIG welding. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and works well in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality TIG and Pulsed MIG welds with minimal defectsLayout and fabricate tank components including heads and shellsRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurementsUse weld gauges and complete weld, heat code, and traveler documentationOperate hand tools, overhead cranes, and equipment safelyWork in confined spaces as neededFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsSupport team members and assist with additional tasks as assignedQualifications3–5 years of fabrication and stainless steel welding experienceAbility to pass: 6G ASME pipe TIG test2G ASME plate Pulsed MIG test3G (downhill) ASME plate Pulsed MIG testStrong fabrication skills and mechanical aptitudeProficient with blueprints, tape measures, and weld symbolsASME shop experience preferredWelding certification preferred; high school diploma preferred, not requiredSkills & ExpectationsHighly dependable and quality-focusedStrong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProfessional communication with coworkers and leadershipPhysical & Safety RequirementsStand and walk for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbs regularlyBend, kneel, reach, and work in confined spacesMust wear safety glasses and steel-toe boots
