Westminster School is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of varsity head coach for: The position is for a winter 2026‑27 start date. Westminster is committed to maintaining highly competitive athletics within the Founders’ League and the NEPSAC. Duties Designing and executing practice plans Collaborating with the Admissions Office and College Counseling Office to both recruit and place student‑athletes Communicating with various constituencies, including prospective students, current families, and the alumni base Representing Westminster at recruiting events over vacations and the summer break The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sport as a player and coach. Good communication skills and a passion for working with young people in a residential setting are paramount in this leadership role.
