Platform Performance Manager – Dealer Inspire Responsibilities Meeting preparation & presentation (web conferencing included) Performance updates with clients Develop, present & discuss client strategy for digital advertising, websites, chat platform, online shopper digital retailing, and more Create and execute unique marketing ideas/strategy for our dealer partners Stay on top of industry trends Educate clients on all Cars Commerce capabilities including website solutions, acquisition, marketplace, and media Work seamlessly with a wide range of departments including but not limited to General Support, Inventory Support, SEO, Compliance, Marketing Design, Sales, and Analytics Responsible for maintaining and retaining a Dealer Inspire book of business Opportunity to build your book of business by generating sales referrals Qualifications Previous account management / project management experience Excellent customer service skills Strong, real‑world experience in SEO and analytics Outstanding presentation & communication skills Ability to project over the phone Highly organized, punctual, and detail oriented Fast learner & interested in new technologies Ability to remain calm under pressure Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), SEO fundamentals and principles, and website design best practices Compensation and Benefits Total Target Compensation Range: $58,300.00–$69,950.00 (base salary + variable) Medical, dental & vision healthcare plans New hire stipend for home office set‑up Generous PTO, paid holidays, floating holiday, volunteer day, recharge day Refuel – a service‑based recognition program providing additional paid time away to learn, grow, and reset Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
