Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building envelope systems to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3–8 years of experience managing facade projects and delivering high-quality results in the $5M–$20M range. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple facade and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams Review drawings, specifications, and submittals Drive procurement, scheduling, and installation processes Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications 3–9 years of experience in construction project management (facade/building envelope focus preferred) Strong experience with curtainwall systems Experience with additional facade systems Proven track record managing mid-size commercial projects Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Opportunity for immediate start Why Join Us Opportunity to work on impactful, high-quality facade projects Growing team with strong pipeline of work #J-18808-Ljbffr
