Adventure Tour Guide

Tour Guide (Adventure Park, Kayak, Zip Line & Segway) We're searching for emerging outdoor professionals who are interested in cross training or specializing in high ropes, kayak, zip line & segway guiding and also love to have fun! Tour Guides will lead adventures on our adventure park, multiple kayak tours, a zip line tour, and multiple segway tours throughout beautiful Door County. Guides are responsible for guest safety, instruction, and fun. No experience, no worries; we are willing to train the right candidate. Training / certification takes place in May. Our season runs Memorial Day - Labor Day. If you have a passion for the outdoors and working with great people, Door County Adventure Center is for you! Responsibilities Lead adventures on the adventure park, multiple kayak tours, a zip line tour, and multiple segway tours. Ensure guest safety, instruction, and fun during all activities. Carry and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Stand on feet for long periods of time. Participate in training and certification in May. Qualifications No experience required; willingness to learn. Preferred: previous guiding experience (kayaking, zip lining, trail, etc.). Physical ability to carry/lift 50 pounds.
