A company is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Analyst. Key Responsibilities Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively Process customer orders and generate detailed quotes for aftermarket parts Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM and inventory systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and two or more years of relevant experience Experience with automotive or heavy-duty parts preferred Familiarity with JDE E1, Teams, Excel, and Word High degree of initiative and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
