Position Highlights Immediate Spine Volume: Enter a practice with a one year waitlist for new spine patients. Practice Autonomy: Help shape and grow the spine program with strong system support. Weekly Schedule: Approximately two OR days, two and a half clinic days, and one split day per week. ER Call: Cover approximately 10 days per month, with call responsibilities focused on ER coverage and your own patient panel. Compensation & Benefits $880,485 guaranteed base salary with a $1M earning potential. $75,000 sign on bonus. $10,000 relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.
