As a Physical Therapist (PT) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on care while building relationships, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment. Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible. In addition to outpatient therapy, this unique opportunity at our Midland Physical Therapy clinic offers hands-on experience in occupational medicine and testing. Our therapists are trained in DOT-regulated physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function tests, and fitness-for-duty assessments, expanding your expertise beyond traditional physical therapy. Your Role: Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions Develop individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize patient outcomes Document care accurately in Raintree EMR Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why Physical Therapists Choose H2 Health!
