We’re growing our call center and looking for driven representatives tohelp convert inbound As an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative, you’ll bethe voice of Harley Exteriors, speaking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in ourservices. Your focus is to build rapport, qualify the opportunity, and scheduleappointments for our What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no coldprospecting from scratch Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customerservice Educate prospects on Harley’s window, door, and guttersolutions in a brief, conversational format Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments forour Sales Representatives Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day,appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energypresence on the phone What’s In It for You $22/hr base + performance bonuses — top performers can earn upto $25/hr–$35/hr+ Bi-weekly and monthly bonus structure based on demos andrevenue Additional SPIFF opportunities and cash competitions Full Benefits Package — Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 3%match, and PTO Paid training and hands-on mentorship from experienced callcenter leaders Supportive, competitive team culture built on accountabilityand recognition What It Takes to Succeed Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and upbeat onthe phone Resilient and positive attitude — comfortable with high callvolume and handling Sales mindset — ability to build rapport, qualify, and setquality appointments Basic computer literacy — comfortable navigating CRMs, dialingsystems, and Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced call centerenvironment Ability to submit to and pass a background check Outbound call center, sales, or collections experiencepreferred (home improvement Schedule 5x8 shift options Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Must be available to work at least one weekend day perweek #J-18808-Ljbffr ScaleHouse Talent
