Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Intermediate Care/ Cardiac Telemetry in Lewiston, Maine. This position involves providing adult and geriatric patient care in a Coronary Care Unit with a focus on stable STEMI cases, post-cardiac procedures, and medical intermediate care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM 7:15 PM (Note: Shift has been updated to a 12-hour schedule)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours (as per client note)
• Required Qualifications: Current registered nurse license, ACLS certification, strong cardiac and intermediate care (IMC) experience, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficient in Epic Electronic Health Record, experience with Philips cardiac monitoring, and caring for adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac care skills and experience with post-cardiac procedures and STEMI.
• Additional Information:
  • Patient ratios: 1:4 in Intermediate Care / 1:5 in Telemetry
  • Equipment: Philips monitoring systems
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
