Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care Behavioral Health experience

Current CPR certification

Must complete PMAB training before starting on the unit

Comfortable with:

Hands-on patient care

Seclusion and restraints

Milieu management

Must have a vehicle for this assignment.

Travelers are expected to float to other units based on skill set.

Staff may also be required to float to other PH&S facilities as needed.

Seaside Float Information:

Travelers floating to Seaside from another facility receive:

+ */hr incentive* for hours worked at Seaside

IRS mileage reimbursement

If floating for consecutive shifts, a hotel will also be provided.

The facility will provide as much advance notice as possible before assigning a float to Seaside.
