About StepUp Shoe Cleaners

StepUp Shoe Cleaners is a growing shoe-care company specializing in premium shoe cleaning products and services. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated sales associates who are comfortable approaching customers and working in a fast-paced mall environment.

This is a sales-focused position. You should be comfortable starting conversations with customers, demonstrating our products, explaining their benefits, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

Approach and engage customers walking through the mall
Demonstrate StepUp shoe-cleaning products
Explain products and recommend the right solutions to customers
Meet individual and team sales goals
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and fully stocked
Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
Follow opening and closing procedures
Provide excellent customer service
Arrive on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts
Follow company policies regarding cash handling, attendance, appearance, and conduct

Retail or sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality.

Compensation

Commission on sales

Schedule

Must have flexible availability. Weekend availability is important because weekends are some of our busiest sales periods.
