About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its service model. The CDO will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of solutions for the nonprofit and public sectors, with a focus on product, technology, and services. This executive will be instrumental in scaling the organization's impact and will be tasked with the strategic leadership and execution of a differentiated, integrated, and scalable delivery system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling complex service models, leading product transformations, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute a bold delivery vision. They must be adept at translating user insights into a responsive delivery strategy, leveraging technology for innovation, and championing a user-driven approach to growth. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a significant background in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires a leader with exceptional change management skills, a commitment to the organization's vision and values, and a deep understanding of the transformative impact of high-quality, tech-enabled delivery. The CDO will work closely with the Founder and CEO, and will be expected to maintain the excellence of current delivery while innovating for the future.
