Field Service TechnicianResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer servicePerform installation, commissioning, and maintenance testing of low, medium, and high voltage electrical equipment, including:Transformers, power cables, circuit breakers, switchgear, etcWork with engineers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problemsWork as part of team to accomplish a common goalPrepare and review test documentationPrepare and submit daily reportsPerform safety analysis of jobs and tasksUse and continually develop interpersonal skillsSkills & KnowledgeAbility to interact with clients and colleaguesExcellent written and oral communication skillsOrganizational skills including time management, attention to detail, and multitaskingKnowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsKnowledge and expertise of electrical design, maintenance, and commissioningInteraction with clients, customers, contractors, and othersQualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma required, Associates or technical school certification is considered an assetMust have a valid drivers licenseMust be able to legally work in the USMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkPhysical RequirementsMust be able to perform physical labor including climbing ladders, standing for extended periods of time, drive regularly, fly regularlyMust be able to perform work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be able to carry and lift up to 70 lbsAbility to use hand tools and power tools
