Our aim isn't just about improving buildings; it's about creating perfect places that improve people's lives.Transform the everyday with us!The successful candidate will be leading a team of electrical engineers, providing work direction and mentorship, in addition to electrical engineering development work.As a Senior Electrical Engineer, Team Lead, you will:Lead and mentor team members in all aspects of the electrical product development processes.Complete the product development process from concepts to final production release in our on-site factoryAlign resources against varied tasks; new product development, customer support, procurement support, factory support.Provide day-to-day work direction and technical support as neededYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of electrical hardware development experience2+ years of people management experienceFamiliarity with commercial HVAC control components; controllers, actuators, sensorsProven track record of managing development teamsAbility to use personal computers and software tools, working knowledge of PCB development tool sets, business software, PLM and ERP toolsets5% travel may be requiredLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipReady to create your own journey? Details regarding our benefits can be found here: pay range for this position is $92,320 - $158,263 annually with a target incentive of 8% of the base salary.
