Intake & Care Coordinator - Faith-Based Shelter
The Bowery Mission
The Bowery Mission in New York invites qualified candidates for the Intake Coordinator role on the Tribeca Campus Choose Help team. You will develop integrated, faith-based clinical support to help shelter guests access quality holistic care and achieve their goals. You will support Choose Help Social Workers, coordinate care, refer guests to services, lead wellness groups, and ensure accurate data recording. Schedule includes Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bowery Mission
