About the Opportunity

A leading enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Python AI/ML Data Engineer to join its technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and cloud-based data platforms , with the ability to build scalable and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions using Python.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
• Develop data processing applications using Python, Pandas, PySpark, and SQL .
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and business teams.
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering technologies.Support production deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong programming experience with Python .
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL .
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling .
• Experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts .
• Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, or RAG is highly preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, and distributed data processing.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and software development practices .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Generative AI / LLM applications
• RAG pipelines and vector databases
• ML model deployment and MLOps
• Databricks / Spark
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Kafka or other streaming technologies
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Enterprise or financial-services domain experience
