We combine technical precision with operational agility-helping federal partners identify, contain, and recover from complex cyber incidents with speed and confidence.Argo Cyber Systems is seeking an A&A Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and modernization activities in federal environments. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality cybersecurity support in alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards.*This role is contingent upon a successful contract bid win.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport development, maintenance, and update of ATO/A&A packages and associated RMF artifacts.Maintain SSPs, control implementation statements, POA&Ms, contingency artifacts, and continuous monitoring evidence.Coordinate artifact collection with system owners, engineers, ISSOs, and compliance stakeholders.Track assessment status, open findings, package milestones, and required remediation actions.Support annual reviews, package updates, and authorization boundary documentation.Qualifications, Education and Skills RequirementsU.S. Citizenship is required.Bachelor's degree with 1–3+ years of hands-on progressive experience as an A&A Analyst.Working knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, SSPs, POA&Ms, and ATO lifecycle activities.Strong document management, evidence tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills.Additional Desires and Considerations3–6 years in A&A / RMF support.CAP, CISSP, CISM, Security+.eMASS/Xacta/CSAM experience.Experience assessing cloud, Zero Trust, and hybrid environments.Federal civilian or DoD A&A support experience.Experience with multiple operating systems to include Linux/Unix, Windows, & SplunkPractical experience with different scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.)Practical experience with the Databricks Intelligence PlatformExperience with system vulnerability assessmentsKnowledge of computer programming and scripting languagesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experienceCompTIA Security+ or higher certification level preferredCompany BenefitsARGO Cyber Systems provides industry competitive employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.Argo Cyber Systems is a Federal Contractor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.Why Join ArgoAs part of Argo Cyber Systems, you will serve at the forefront of national cyber defense-protecting civilian agencies and high-value assets from persistent and emerging threats.
