Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing teletherapy platforms, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all participants.

  • Engage in virtual counseling with families and children facing various challenges, ensuring that care provided aligns with medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and articulate treatment plans for a diverse population of stable adults exhibiting low-acuity mental health concerns, fostering their personal growth and stability.

  • Document client progress by completing necessary case materials, program forms, and statistical data in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to both state and federal regulations.

  • Meet contractual obligations through meticulous billing of reimbursable hours, contributing to the financial health of the clinic while providing your clients with quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse array of clients, particularly those who may be experiencing transitional challenges in their lives. Our patient population mainly consists of adults and families experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. You will have the chance to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, empowering clients to overcome obstacles and enhance their overall well-being.

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is essential for this position.

  • Active LMFT licensure is required to practice within California.

  • A minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience in providing therapy, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.

  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
