E&A Concrete LLC is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead daily jobsite operations and help deliver high-quality concrete projects in Caldwell, ID.

The Concrete Foreman is responsible for overseeing concrete work on active job sites, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You will maintain quality standards, manage workflow, and keep work progressing according to schedule.

This role combines hands-on leadership with on-the-ground problem solving—driving strong workmanship, clear communication, and reliable execution from prep through finishing.

• Supervise concrete crew activities, including task assignments, sequencing, and daily production planning.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with jobsite safety requirements and company standards.

• Monitor concrete placement, finishing, curing, and site setup to ensure work meets project specifications and quality expectations.

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities to prevent delays and support efficient jobsite operations.

• Maintain clear communication with management and other stakeholders regarding progress, changes, and jobsite needs.

• Experience working in concrete construction with strong, hands-on knowledge of concrete placement and finishing processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced, active jobsite environment.

• Working understanding of jobsite safety practices and the ability to enforce safe work behaviors.

• Ability to read and follow project instructions, specifications, and basic field directives.

• Strong time management and decision-making skills to support consistent, on-schedule progress.

• Prior experience as a foreman or lead on commercial or residential concrete projects.

• Familiarity with grading, forms, reinforcement placement, and finishing workflows.

• Ability to troubleshoot common concrete jobsite issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Experience coordinating multiple tasks, crews, and jobsite logistics under changing conditions.

• Effective communication skills with customers, teammates, and jobsite partners.

Hourly rate: $32.00 - $35.00
