Director, Critical Facilities Operations

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Lead the critical environment: power chain, liquid cooling, central energy plants, and controls across the campus.

What you'll do:

• Own uptime, maintenance programs, and operational readiness of all critical infrastructure
• Build and lead the chief engineer and critical facilities technician organization
• Own MOP/SOP/EOP program, change control, and incident command
• Direct commissioning support and acceptance of new capacity phases
• Manage critical vendor and service-contract relationships

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations
• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay range: $160,000 – $190,000 per year
