Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Trauma Spine Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice for trauma, spine, and complex med-surg patients. Responsibilities include patient flow, clinical supervision, charge duties, staff mentoring, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
