Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Infor Lawson SCM Analyst. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations using the Infor Lawson Cloud suite. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep understanding of supply chain management principles, and expertise in leveraging the Infor Lawson platform to drive efficiencies and enhance business processes. This person will be responsible for optimizing and building post implementation to increase efficiency. Knowledge of implementation best practices and troubleshooting is needed. Position is 100% remote, working EST time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain the Infor Lawson Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) module to meet the organization's business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the supply chain.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the Infor Lawson SCM system.
• Analyze data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Infor Lawson SCM module, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve system errors, and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party integrations or add-on solutions to enhance the capabilities of the Infor Lawson SCM system.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard the integrity and security of supply chain data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Infor Lawson SCM module in a cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Infor Lawson SCM module to meet business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience working with cloud-based ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to supply chain management and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Infor Lawson SCM or related Infor products.
• Experience with other modules of the Infor Lawson suite, such as Financials is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions for connecting Infor Lawson SCM with other enterprise systems.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
